DAPHNE RUBIN-VEGA (Grace) was the original Mimi in Rent (Theatre World Award and Tony and Drama Desk nominations for Best Actress in a Musical). She returned to Broadway as Magenta in The Rocky Horror Show and most recently as Conchita in Nilo Cruz’s Pulitzer Prize-winning Anna in the Tropics. Off-B’way: Gum (Women’s Project), Two Sisters and a Piano (Public), Suzan-Lori Parks’ Fucking A (Public, Lucille Lortel nomination for Best Featured Actress).
